Clinical Intern- TAP

Job Summary
JRI seeks a Clinical Intern for its TAP program, a therapeutic after-school setting focused on enhancing social skills of children aged 6-12 with complex emotional and behavioral needs. Interns will support families and children in achieving positive outcomes using strength-based approaches. Responsibilities include providing direct support, gaining clinical experience, and participating in supervision from licensed staff. Required qualifications include a Master’s degree in a mental health field and strong communication skills. Familiarity with trauma informed care models is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Master's degree or above in the mental health field (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT)
- Clinical interest in working with children/adolescents
- Good written and oral communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with trauma informed models of treatment
