Clinical Intern- TAP

Job Summary
This Master's level internship focuses on supporting children and families with significant behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs through JRI’s TAP program. Interns will engage in a therapeutic after-school program enhancing social skills for children aged 6-12. Responsibilities include delivering individualized services, working closely in a team setting, and applying evidence-based practices. Candidates must be pursuing a graduate degree in the mental health field and possess a clinical interest in working with children/adolescents.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum working towards a Master’s degree or above in the mental health field (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT)
- Clinical interest in working with children/adolescents is required
- Background and driving record checks will be performed
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with trauma informed models of treatment
- Good written and oral communication skills
