Job Summary
Conduct hands-on experience in clinical research operations, working alongside Clinical Trial Assistants to support daily activities. Gain insight into key phases of clinical trials and understand Clinical Trial Assistant responsibilities within a hybrid environment requiring office visits. Engage in cross-functional collaboration while developing professional skills through a 6-month full-time program designed for Saudi nationals. This development program offers practical industry exposure with the intention to offer a permanent contract upon successful completion.
Required Qualifications
- Saudi Nationality
- Bachelor's Degree
- Currently unemployed, with no GOSI registration for the past 6 months
- Registered on the National Labor Gateway (TAQAT)
- Must not own or participate in a family business
- First‐time enrolment in the Tamheer Program
- Excellent communication skills in local language and in English
