Job Summary
As a Masters level Clinical Intern, you will provide direct services to clients including individual, group, or family therapy. You will engage in advocacy for clients, collaborate with professionals and agencies to ensure coordinated care, and actively participate in treatment conferences. Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, participating in supervision, and contributing to a safe work environment. The role requires a Masters level education in Counseling, Social Work, or related fields, alongside a valid driver's license and successful completion of pre-employment checks. This internship offers a pathway to a full-time counseling role.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License with a safe driving record and valid insurance
- Successful completion of pre-employment screenings including drug screen, physical exam, and TB test
- Successful completion of all pre-employment background checks
- Trainee status: CT, MFT-T, SWT is required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in mental health counseling
- Familiarity with telehealth services
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
