Job Summary

Facilitate psychoeducation groups and skills-based interventions while assisting with reviewing event reports and collecting program data. Complete clinical documentation, assessments, and group logs in accordance with agency and regulatory standards. Participate in weekly supervision, interdisciplinary meetings, and trainings to build clinical skills and reflect on practice. Assist in developing crisis stabilization plans and provide direct crisis intervention and risk assessments when required. Perform ongoing reviews and audits of clinical charts to verify compliance with documentation standards, clinical best practices, and federal billing requirements. Maintain regular communication across clinical teams and external agencies to ensure coordinated, person-centered care.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, studying social work, counseling, psychology, or a closely related behavioral health field.
  • Must be authorized by applicable state, federal, and local entities to work within BSLS programs.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must pass criminal background checks, central registry check (in applicable states) and child abuse registry (in applicable states).
  • Must complete and pass a drug test, in applicable states.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and have reliable transportation.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading and writing the English language.
  • Approved by state, federal and government entities to work within BSLS programs.
  • Must be able to communicate and function in an interdisciplinary team.
  • Strong computer skills utilizing various software programs and applications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to create professional employee communication materials.
  • Works well independently.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet project deadlines.
  • Capable of working well with all levels of the organization.
  • A professional demeanor.
