Job Summary
Coordinate clinical site agreements, schedule student rotations, and process entry exam results for the nursing program. Maintain student files, order supplies, and organize document storage while ensuring compliance with Title IX, FERPA, and FIPA regulations. Prepare orientation packets, administer basic seminars, and supervise clinical instructors to support new student enrollment and registration. Maintain all students' safety at clinical sites and report any abnormal situations immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a registered nurse (RN), with an active, unencumbered Florida Nursing License
- Must hold a master's degree in nursing from an accredited program and institution
- Minimum 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience
- Clinical expertise in specialty area
- Teaching certification or coursework in education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide constructive feedback
Desired Qualifications
- Previous teaching or preceptor experience preferred
