Clinical Instructor

Provide hands-on clinical education and supervision to nursing students in healthcare settings, bridging the gap between classroom theory and practical patient care. Respond promptly to daily communications via email and voicemail while ensuring strict adherence to university policies, ethical standards, and federal data protection regulations like FERPA and GDPR. Maintain all student files, coordinate orientation dates, and organize basic seminars such as CPR and OSHA to prepare students for clinical rotations. Process administrative documentation including drug tests, background checks, and vaccination records, while overseeing supply ordering and file storage. Participate in university events, committees, and commencement ceremonies, and execute special projects assigned by leadership. This role supports the Practical Nursing program and assists instructors with classroom and clinical site needs.
