Job Summary
Evaluate, strategically direct, and coordinate the implementation of all clinical and related systems used by the Information Systems Department. Manage applications of information technology while interacting with clinical and technical personnel, utilizing project management skills and proficiency in Meditech. Requires a current NJ RN license, Bachelors' degree in Nursing, Computer sciences, or healthcare informatics, and two years of clinical experience. One year of cardiology experience is preferred. Bi-weekly hours of 80 are scheduled Monday through Friday. The minimum starting rate is $44.84.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in medical information systems
- Current NJ RN License
- 2 years' clinical experience
- demonstrated ability to effectively interact with clinical and technical personnel in the application of information technology
- Bachelors' Degree in Nursing, Computer sciences, healthcare informatics, or related field
- Registered Nurse (NJ)
- Working knowledge of PCs
- MS Office Applications
- Experience in and project management
Desired Qualifications
- One year cardiology experience
- Masters' Degree in Nursing Informatics
- Proficiency in Meditech
