Job Summary
Develop, implement, optimize, and support the EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system for Home Care and Hospice. Provide EPIC orientation, training, and ongoing support to clinical staff while evaluating system functionality and workflows. Recommend improvements to enhance documentation practices and improve user adoption. Serve as a frontline resource for end-user support and collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to support quality patient care. Requires current NYS RN or PT license, statistical data interpretation skills, and advanced EMR proficiency. Salary range $120,000-$140,000/year.
Required Qualifications
- Current clinical license and registration in NYS as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Physical Therapist (PT)
- Ability to interpret statistical data
- Ability to conduct in-service training
- Ability to educate large groups of people
- Advanced Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
