Clinical Informatics Analyst

Job Summary
Lead assessment meetings by exploring system capabilities and best practices with customers to create integrated solutions. Create and maintain documentation of user requirements, review system designs, and modify the configurator to reflect assessed functionality. Research baseline assessments, analyze current state operations, and provide recommendations for configuration changes and process improvements. Triage customer issues, develop training plans, and ensure correct system configuration performance while adhering to governance policies. Maintain data for benchmarking metrics, attend coordination meetings, and accurately record time allocated towards projects. Occasional day and infrequent overnight travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Clinical Informatics, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, OR equivalent work experience demonstrating proficiency in field
- Some lifting of objects up to fifty pounds
- Reaching, grasping, and carrying activities
- Moderate noise level in the work environment
- Most work performed inside
- Occasional outside activities subject to seasonal temperature fluctuations
- Occasional day travel within governed region
- Infrequent overnight travel for special events and team member functions
