Job Summary
Develop and document workflows; support the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of the Clinical Information System (CIS); analyze and improve clinical and business processes; act as a SME to support workflow redesign and configurations; champion evidence-based best practices to improve clinical processes and integration of technology; provide end-user training and develop training plans/materials including online modules and classroom sessions; develop and deliver project communications applying project management, quality improvement, and change management methodologies; maintain up-to-date knowledge of health informatics trends and healthcare standards to ensure quality, clinical, and regulatory compliance; travel within the province as required.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in clinical, health science, information technology, or health informatics with 1–2 years of clinical informatics experience.
