Job Summary
Research, plan, install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade operating systems and application software for clinical information systems. Collaborate with system users, technical staff, and vendors to solve issues related to clinical workflows and facilitate the design, development, and implementation of new functionality. Lead small projects, create training materials, and participate in quality improvement programs to optimize system usage and ensure safe patient care. Provide on-call support and serve as a liaison to clinical departments, translating end-user needs into optimal configurations. Monitor regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and contribute to cost-effective practices while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of healthcare industry changes and vendor technologies.
Required Qualifications

- A minimum of five (5) years of IT application or related operational experience

- Ability to translate end user needs into optimal configuration and build of clinical applications and system workflows
