Job Summary
Clinical Informaticist at TrueCare translates clinical content into clinical applications and supports workflow analysis and change management within the informatics department. The role serves as a liaison between clinical and business partners, provides technical insight as a certified EHR informaticist, and is responsible for design, build, test and training for clinical applications implementations, optimizations, and maintenance. Requires a bachelor’s degree in health informatics, computer science, or a related field, Epic Certification, and a minimum of two years of healthcare experience supporting an EHR. Travel to TrueCare locations may be required; valid California driver’s license required. Salary range: $92,977-$139,466 annually.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in health informatics, computer science, a clinical healthcare field or related field or equivalent experience
- Epic Certification
- Minimum of two (2) years of healthcare experience directly supporting an EHR application as an analyst/informaticist
- Understanding of healthcare delivery workflows and processes
- Understanding of fundamental project management methodology and ability to lead an implementation or project
- Knowledge of learning styles and teaching methodologies/tools
- Knowledge of information systems including MS Office and data analysis tools
- May be required to travel to TrueCare locations with valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record
