Job Summary
Author and refine clinical algorithm requirements for the Oracle Health Data Intelligence platform by interpreting industry standards and clinical documentation, participating in design and requirements sessions with internal teams and stakeholders, mapping clinical data to standard terminologies, curating terminology value sets, and drafting comprehensive testing scenarios to support validation and QA. Collaborate with engineering to hand off clearly defined algorithm requirements, guide algorithm development based on clinical workflows, and develop familiarity with healthcare data models while adapting in fast-paced environments. Possess strong critical thinking to identify gaps and propose innovative solutions across diverse clinical settings (RN, CLS, MT, MLS, RT, PT, mental health professionals, or related informatics experience). Ensure alignment with clinical, regulatory, and business objectives and drive improved clinical outcomes.
