Job Summary
Design clinically relevant, evidence-based order sets and collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and IT teams to ensure safe, efficient patient care. Perform validation and upgrade support for MEDITECH Expanse releases, documenting system builds and governance approvals to meet compliance standards. Manage change control and versioning of standardized clinical content while partnering with stakeholders across the enterprise. Requires a credentialed RN or Pharm.D with oncology experience in inpatient and outpatient settings, plus proven expertise in healthcare integration analysis and order set governance. This role supports HCA's parent company CereCore in enhancing clinical decision-making tools.
Required Qualifications
- Credentialed RN or Pharm. D
- Clinical oncology experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Proven experience in Healthcare Integration analysis and/or integration engineering
- Experience participating in order set governance, formulary alignment, and provider optimization initiatives
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks related to medication management
- Effective communicator with the ability to translate clinical needs into technical requirements and collaborate with diverse teams
- Experience supporting system testing, validation, and production deployment of new build components
