Job Summary
Clinical HR Business Partner (HRBP) for a healthcare-focused organization. Serves as the primary HR contact for assigned clinical business areas and executive leadership, advising on organizational development, workforce planning, succession planning, retention, and diversity initiatives. Provides expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and career development while championing company culture and values, onboarding, and retention strategies. Builds collaborative relationships with leaders and teams; ensures confidentiality and compliance with policies; acts as internal consultant to identify barriers to success and aligns HR practices with the mission and values. Supports annual strategic planning and HR goals, leads HR projects, and manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of exempt-level HR experience; PH R/SPHR certification preferred. Hybrid work arrangement in Greenville, SC (US). Minimal travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of professional HR experience in an exempt-level role
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state employment regulations
- Previous supervisory experience and experience working with clinical teams a plus
