Job Summary
Perform patient observations, administer prescribed medications (S/C, IM, IV), and monitor vital signs while reporting changes to the medical team. Provide compassionate support to patients and families, educate them to promote treatment independence, and maintain accurate clinical records ensuring confidentiality. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety across home, clinic, and residential settings. Requires current NMC registration, SACT experience, and a valid UK driving license. Part-time role of 30 hours per week at a salary of £35,000 to £38,000 pro rata.
