Job Summary
Optimize and increase referrals by visiting cardiology practices, hospital cardiac units, and primary care offices across Upstate New York and Western Massachusetts. Introduce the program to physicians and care coordinators, troubleshoot stalled referrals on-site, and report field insights regarding objections and workflow friction. Deliver presentations to educate partners and answer roadblocks while managing your own schedule and route. This role offers 20–40 hours of flexibility for those returning to the workforce or avoiding shift work, with full paid training and a contract-to-hire path for strong performers. Mileage and expenses are reimbursed.
Required Qualifications
- Clinically conversant - RN, LPN, exercise physiologist, MA, paramedic/EMT, cardiac rehab or telemetry tech, or a health-science degree
- Past experience of troubleshooting and increasing patient flow in an organization
- Naturally social - you enjoy walking into a new office and winning people over
- Persistent, not pushy
- A sharp, self-directed problem-solver - you manage your own schedule and dig into issues before asking for help
- Mobile - requires a reliable car, valid license, and comfort with regular day travel
