Job Summary
Champion the organisation's brand values and drive continuous improvement in data quality and analysis capabilities. Lead delivery of Quality Assurance and improvement activity, including Board and Incident Reporting processes to guide learning and decision-making. Work alongside Senior Clinical Leaders to oversee Clinical Policies and SOPs, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting organisational accreditation such as ISO9001. Provide subject matter expertise on governance processes to leadership teams. This role requires a registered clinician with senior leadership experience in healthcare, operating within Nuffield Health Ipswich Hospital's private woodland setting.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Clinician (NMC, HCPC or GPC)
- Education up to degree/post graduate level in a clinical discipline
- Relevant qualifications in organisational governance e.g. ISO9001 Auditor or equivalent
- Senior leadership within the healthcare sector
- Significant experience in clinical governance and quality assurance
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
