Job Summary
Conduct outpatient genetics clinic coverage and inpatient consultation services within the Division of Genetic, Genomic, and Metabolic Disorders. Collaborate with board-certified geneticists, advanced practice providers, genetic counselors, and ancillary staff to manage specialty programs including Lysosomal Storage Disease and Pediatric Cancer Genetics. Provide teaching and supervisory responsibilities for medical students, genetic counseling students, and pediatric residents while maintaining clinical and research balance. Work on-site with the Cytogenetic/Molecular Laboratory to support diagnostic services.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board eligible or board certified in Clinical Genetics
- Eligible to obtain licensure in the State of Michigan
Desired Qualifications
- Board eligible or board certified in Pediatrics or Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
