Job Summary
Conduct inpatient consultations primarily in the NICU and manage outpatient clinics across adult, pediatric, and cancer genetics. Deliver comprehensive, multidisciplinary care to patients spanning the lifespan from pediatrics to adults. Serve as a principal teaching hospital resource, mentoring future genetics professionals through clinical and didactic settings with Genetic Counseling and medical students. Contribute to the expansion of the regional genetics program and support diverse clinical services including cancer, neurosciences, and transplant integration.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO with ABMG active candidate status or certification as a Clinical Geneticist
- Eligible for or current medical license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Committed to education and teaching through work with Genetic Counseling students and medical students
- A collaborative team player who works effectively across specialties
- Dedicated to improving patient access to genetics services
- Interested in a diverse clinical practice that includes both cancer genetics and general genetics
- Comfortable caring for patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics to adults
- Excited to contribute to the continued growth and development of the genetics program
