Job Summary
Direct supervision of patient services personnel and case managers; coordinates all care services and can perform case management as needed. Ensures compliance with accreditation, federal, and state regulations, and reimbursement guidelines, as well as Agency policies. Provides leadership to nursing services, trains staff, develops Plans of Care after admissions, performs supervisory visits for Home Health Aide patients, conducts admission assessments, and supports ongoing evaluation and recertification. Maintains patient confidentiality and participates in performance improvement programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program
- current RN licensure in Kentucky
- at least two years of nursing practice experience in home care
- one year supervisory experience
- CPR certification and TB skin test or willingness to receive
