Job Summary
Clinical Field Supervisor overseeing patient services personnel and case managers in Louisville, KY. Leads nursing services per physician plans, ensures compliance with accreditation, federal and state regulations, and agency policies; conducts supervisory visits for Home Health Aides, develops Plans of Care after admissions, reviews treatment plans, and mentors staff in compassionate, high-quality care and case management. Requires RN licensure in Kentucky, Bachelor’s degree in nursing, 2+ years home-care nursing experience, 1+ year supervisory experience, CPR and TB test or willingness, with strong focus on leadership, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program
- current RN licensure in Kentucky
- at least two years of nursing practice experience in home care
- one year supervisory experience
- CPR certification
- TB skin test or willingness to receive
