Job Summary
Clinical Field Supervisor in Lexington, KY oversees direct supervision of patient services personnel and case managers, coordinates all care services, ensures compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements, and may perform case management as needed. Responsibilities include supervising nursing services, reviewing plans of care, maintaining patient records, conducting supervisory visits for Home Health Aide patients, developing written plans of care, communicating patient responses to treatments to physicians, promoting confidentiality, and participating in performance improvement and information management programs. Requires Bachelor’s in Nursing, KY RN license, at least two years of nursing experience in home care, and one year supervisory experience; CPR and TB skin test (or willingness) are required. Pay is $40/hour plus mileage; benefits include leadership, training, and compliance duties.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program
- current RN licensure in Kentucky
- at least two years of nursing practice experience in home care
- one year supervisory experience
- CPR certification
- TB skin test or willingness to receive
