Job Summary
Clinical Field Supervisor role in Lexington, KY overseeing direct supervision of patient services personnel and case managers, directing nursing and home care, reviewing plans of care for accuracy and completeness, providing leadership and training, maintaining records, coordinating care per physician guidance, ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory guidelines, and participating in performance improvement and information-management activities. Requires KY RN licensure, Bachelor’s degree in nursing, 2+ years nursing/home-health practice, 1+ year supervisory experience, CPR certification, and TB test willingness. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program
- current RN licensure in Kentucky
- at least two years of nursing practice experience in home care
- one year supervisory experience
- CPR certification
- TB skin test or willingness to receive TB test
