Job Summary
Clinical Field Supervisor responsible for direct supervision of patient services personnel and case managers. Coordinates care services, conducts supervisory visits, and may perform case management. Ensures compliance with accreditation, federal, and state regulations as well as agency policies. Develops written Plans of Care, maintains patient records, trains and mentors staff, and reports to the Director of Patient Care Services. Requires RN licensure in Kentucky, a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, at least two years of nursing practice in home care, and one year of supervisory experience. CPR certification and TB skin test (or willingness to obtain) are required. Pays $40/hour plus mileage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program
- current RN licensure in Kentucky
- at least two years of nursing practice experience in home care
- one year supervisory experience
- CPR certification
- TB skin test or willingness to receive
