Job Summary
Direct supervision of patient services personnel and case managers; coordinates all care services and can perform case management; ensures compliance with accreditation, federal, and state regulations and agency policies; provides leadership to nursing staff; conducts supervisory visits for Home Health Aide patients; develops written Plans of Care after admission; communicates patient responses to treatments to physicians; maintains records, supports performance improvement programs, and ensures confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program
- current RN licensure in Kentucky
- at least two years of nursing practice experience in home care
- one year supervisory experience
- CPR certification and TB skin test or willingness to receive
