Job Summary
Conduct daily hospital and clinic visits across Bangalore to build relationships with neonatologists, pediatricians, and NICU staff. Perform product demonstrations of TempWatch, KangaSling, and BellyButton while educating clinical teams on neonatal hypothermia, apnea, and evidence-based protocols. Manage a portfolio of accounts by coordinating with distributors, tracking orders in Zoho CRM, and converting interest into repeat orders. Attend local conferences to identify new accounts and gather clinical feedback for product improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of clinical experience in neonatal or pediatric care
- NICU nurse
- pediatric ward nurse
- allied health professional (dietitian, physiotherapist, clinical educator)
- Genuine understanding of neonatal challenges — hypothermia, apnea, Kangaroo Mother Care, NICU protocols
- Clinical credibility — doctors and nurses trust you because you speak their language
- Strong communicator — comfortable presenting to a neonatologist or a ward nurse with equal ease
- Self-driven and organised — you manage your own schedule, track your own pipeline, and follow up without being told
- Comfortable with ambiguity — this is a growing company, not a structured MNC; you will build the playbook, not follow one
- Genuine belief in the mission — you will be talking about saving newborn lives, and that should mean something to you
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in medical device sales, clinical education, or pharmaceutical sales
- Existing relationships with neonatologists or pediatricians in Bangalore
- Kannada or Telugu language skills (helpful for some clinical settings)
