Job Summary
Provide education on Advanced Patient Monitoring products through intra-operative case coverage and coordinate one-on-one training sessions in the ICU, OR, and acute care areas. Deliver clinical instructions to physicians and medical staff to ensure continuity of education and technical support while anticipating obstacles for smooth execution. Advocate with clinicians to expand the use of products by identifying and training hospital staff as designated guides. Collaborate with sales reps and managers to implement a strategic plan of action. Validate software and hardware updates in the field as applicable. This role requires travel through the Louisville, KY territory and involves critical care experience in cardiovascular science.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of previous clinical experience in an acute care environment
- Associate's degree in Nursing or clinical field
- Critical Care experience
- Proven understanding of cardiovascular science, cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed
- Lives in Louisville, KY region
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Critical Care and/or Cardiac Clinical Experience - TVC, CV ICU or CV OR nursing experience
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse
- Strong understanding of hemodynamic monitoring
- Experience in a clinical or sales role within a Medical Device company
- Confirmed proficiency presenting in front of other groups
- Shown leadership progressing within the Nursing field
- Proven ability to inspire change within their hospital/organization
