Job Summary
Provide intraoperative case coverage for all CORCYM technologies and conduct preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative product support. Deliver field-based product training on approved indications, manage Proctorship and Preceptorship programs, and coordinate regional clinical strategy with the commercial team. Build peer-to-peer relationships with leading cardiac surgeons while disseminating information at webinars, symposia, and medical society meetings. Interpret and enforce company policy, transmit medical inquiries regarding off-label use and research proposals to the Field Clinical Director, and act as the trusted brand ambassador for the company's surgical solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, life-sciences and or advanced clinical degree
- Minimum 1+ years field clinical experience, or related role within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
- High proficiency in English
- Ability to constructively ask questions and challenge the status quo, be the change, act and own
- Results oriented; fully understand internal and external customers
- Act with a sense of urgency, think and react fast to a changing environment
- Good interpersonal and relationship skills, able to collaborate in team environment
- Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task and work independently
- Be able to read CT-scans and become a CT-scan independent reader
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience in the medical device industry, preferably in cardiac surgery or heart valves
- Experience in cardiac surgery or heart valve products
- Additional languages
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, life-sciences and or advanced clinical degree is preferable
- Experience in cardiac surgery or heart valve products is preferred
