Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication skills, then develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific goals. Provide direct therapy services in individual or group settings while collaborating with teachers, parents, and professionals to support student needs in the classroom. Monitor progress on individualized education plans and adjust intervention strategies as required, maintaining accurate documentation of all services provided. Participate in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and ongoing training throughout the 26/27 school year. This Clinical Fellowship role supports the Anne Arundel School District's mission to empower students with essential communication skills for academic and social success.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Valid Limited State Licensure or ability to obtain licensure (if applicable)
- Educator Certificate (if applicable)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with school-age children preferred
