Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication skills, then develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific goals. Provide direct therapy services in individual or group settings while collaborating with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success. Monitor progress continuously and adjust intervention strategies as needed, maintaining accurate documentation of all services provided. Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training to ensure evidence-based practice. This in-person role serves pre-K through high school students across Colorado public school systems, supporting the company's mission to empower students academically and socially through improved communication skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Limited SLP Licensure in the state of Colorado
  • Colorado Board of Education Licensure (Teaching Licensure) or willing to obtain
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Valid limited CO state licensure or ability to obtain licensure in Colorado (if applicable)
  • Educator Certificate (if applicable)

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working with school-age children preferred
