Job Summary
Deliver evidence-based pediatric speech-language therapy services, conduct comprehensive evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and a multidisciplinary team; provide culturally competent, family-centered care; complete case management and documentation in line with department standards. Receive ongoing mentorship and supervision from a dedicated CF supervisor; engage in structured learning, CEU reimbursement, and ongoing professional growth. The role supports flexible scheduling with four- or five-day work weeks, including part-time options and flex days, and offers sign-on/relocation bonuses and performance-based incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Currently in Clinical Fellowship Year
- BLS/CPR certification
