Job Summary
Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist position in Lanham, MD for the 2026–2027 school year. Full-time, onsite elementary school placement with approximately 50–55 students on the caseload. Provides speech-language therapy services to students with articulation, language, Autism, developmental delays, and other communication needs; participates in evaluations, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary collaboration; case-manages speech-only students; mentor-supported CF year with ASHA-compliant supervision and professional development. Schedule is 35 hours per week August 13, 2026 – June 8, 2027, with a strong emphasis on direct IEP services and growth within a large school-based SLP team. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Upcoming graduate or recent graduate eligible for Clinical Fellowship
- Eligible for Maryland SLP licensure through the Maryland Department of Health
- Passion for working with pediatric and school-age populations
- Interest in school-based practice and collaborative team environments
