Job Summary
Conduct speech-language pathology therapy, evaluations, and multidisciplinary team collaboration for a caseload of approximately 45 K-6 students with varied communication disorders. Manage IEPs, caseloads, and school system navigation while receiving dedicated mentorship and bi-weekly case support from experienced SLP leaders. Navigate evaluations and best practices within supportive placements designed for growth and sustainability during the 2026–2027 school year.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligible for or pursuing Delaware State SLP licensure
- Open to new graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
