Job Summary
Clinical Fellow Mentor role in Saint Paul, MN: provide mentorship to one Clinical Fellow during the CF experience in a middle school setting; support clinical growth, professional development, and school-based practice in accordance with ASHA guidelines; complete required mentorship activities and documentation; serve as a resource and support system with regular check-ins to aid the Fellow's transition into independent practice; must hold a current CCC-SLP, have at least 9 months of SLP experience after CCC-SLP, and have completed at least 2 hours of PD in supervision/clinical instruction; must be local to Saint Paul, MN and not related to the Fellow. Required Qualifications
- Hold a current CCC-SLP throughout the entire CF experience
- Have at least 9 months of full-time experience (or part-time equivalent) working as an SLP after earning your CCC-SLP
- Have completed at least 2 hours of professional development in supervision and/or clinical instruction after earning your CCC-SLP
- Must be local to the Saint Paul, MN area
- Cannot be related to the Clinical Fellow in any way
