Job Summary

Screen, assess, and provide treatment to children ages birth to 3 with communication delays in homes, daycares, or community settings aligned with Early Intervention Program guidelines. Maintain thorough clinical documentation and collaborate with families, supervisors, and interdisciplinary teams to support child development. Utilize paperless mobile systems for notes and billing submissions while participating in mentorship sessions and professional development meetings under the supervision of an ASHA-certified Clinical Supervisor. This full-time role covers Staten Island, New York, offering a dedicated mentor, flexible schedules, and initial licensing fee coverage.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Eligible for Clinical Fellowship in the state of New York
  • Commitment to Early Intervention and working with young children and families
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel to home and community-based settings for service provision
  • Hand dexterity ability (ability to operate mobile device, smart phone, computer)
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Ability to travel to various locations on a near daily basis
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
