Job Summary
Review patient history and assess body weight, BMI, and BIA body fat percentage. Properly prep and perform 12-lead resting and exercise ECGs with independent intermediate interpretation skills, while conducting muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility assessments. Create customized exercise prescriptions based on exam results, including dietary recommendations, and maintain individualized, detailed charting. This full-time or part-time role requires a B.S. in Exercise Physiology or Science, with an M.S. preferred, along with ACLS and BLS certification. Based out of Jacksonville, Florida, this position involves extensive travel throughout Florida and the U.S. Statewide travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. required from an accredited program of Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science
- ACLS required
- BLS required
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Strong technical skills to include MS Office, Imaging software and EMR platforms
- Professionalism and compassion a MUST!
- Have own vehicle that can hold and carry needed equipment
- MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL
- MUST BE BASED OUT OF JACKSONVILLE
- TRAVEL REQUIRED THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF FLORIDA AND CITIES ACROSS THE U.S.
