Clinical Ethics Specialist

Provide timely and confidential ethics consultations to healthcare providers, staff, and patients facing ethical dilemmas. Facilitate discussions and mediate conflicts related to patient care, resource allocation, and professional conduct. Collaborate with leadership to develop, review, and update ethical policies, guidelines, and procedures. Ensure compliance with national and international ethics standards and regulations. Design and deliver ethics training programs for health care providers and staff. Facilitate ethics committee meetings and ensure follow-up on recommendations. Requires a Master's degree in Bioethics or related field, five years of clinical ethics experience, and proficiency in Arabic and English. Located in Qatar.
