Clinical Engagement Manager, Critical Care

Job Summary

Serve as a subject matter expert supporting customers in critical care hospital settings by educating physicians and hospital staff on EchoNous cardiac devices through one-on-one sessions, in-service programs, and seminars. Manage clinical research sites by coordinating off-site studies, training clinical teams, and collecting evidence to support product claims. Lead new site implementations by assessing workflows, creating education plans, and optimizing customer usage of EchoNous solutions. Collect customer feedback and clinical insights to shape product strategy and drive business growth while staying current on clinical literature and competitive landscapes. Collaborate with Growth Marketing and sales leadership to align messaging with customer needs and differentiate offerings. Requires Advanced Practice Provider training with critical care experience and up to 60% travel.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of a Physician Assistant training program or Nurse Practitioner program
  • Practiced as an Advanced Practice Provider for at least 3 years in Hospital Critical Care
  • Prior experience with critical care workflows, staffing, and patient support
  • Ability to learn and understand scientific facts & industry specific solutions and then package the information into a cohesive business cases and training solutions for healthcare professionals
  • You have excellent interpersonal verbal, written, and presentation skills. Able to communicate complex clinical content in an easy-to-understand manner to all levels of an organization
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships with physicians, hospital staff, patients and their families
  • Willingness to travel to clinical research sites, customer training events, conferences and other initiatives as needed up to 60%
  • Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Meet/Teams/Zoom with ability to execute virtual programs and presentations with the customer
  • Ability to meet hospital credentialing requirements

Desired Qualifications

  • In the past 10 years, practiced as an Advanced Practice Provider for at least 5+ years' experience preferred
  • Trained in POCUS echocardiography
  • Experience working with a medical device or pharmaceutical company
  • Cardiac-related experience
  • EMR experience
  • Experience supporting clinical research and data collection activities
  • Preference will be given to qualified local candidates
