Clinical Engagement Lead - Northeast

Clinical Engagement Lead, US is a senior field-based, site-facing clinical development professional responsible for building and managing investigator and site relationships across a broad geography to support Beeline Medicines’ clinical trial portfolio. The role acts as the primary liaison between investigators, academic medical centers, and research sites, leading site identification, feasibility, and activation, and collaborating with Medical Affairs and Clinical Development to optimize enrollment and trial execution. The position requires strong relationship management, scientific credibility in immunology/inflammation, ability to operate independently across multi-state territory, and travel for site visits, trainings, and events. Key duties include engaging investigators, guiding protocol discussions, supporting site initiation and training, communicating regional clinical landscape intelligence, partnering with MSLs to align scientific engagement, representing the company at scientific meetings and site visits, developing site engagement strategies to improve start-up and enrollment performance, and proactively identifying and mitigating enrollment risks. The role demands a self-directed field professional, remote work flexibility within territory, and capacity to manage a portfolio of regional/country sites while ensuring clinical trial excellence and patient enrollment success. A Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred (MS or MPH). The role is senior-level, requires substantial field experience, and may involve evenings and weekends for physician or patient events; driving is required; multi-state territory management is possible.
