Job Summary
Primary support to clinical/operational leadership for monitoring/evaluating processes in outcomes management, performance improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. Facilitates clinical improvement activities using performance improvement methodologies and provides management, physicians, and staff with accurate, timely information from internal/external decision support systems to enable effective decision making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management, public health, nursing, business administration, organizational leadership or related field or equivalent experience accepted
- RN-Registered Nurse (for the state where services are performed) OR MD-Medical Doctor
- 2 years recent relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to navigate an electronic health record
- Strong written/verbal communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently with initiative
