Job Summary
Clinical Educator role supporting caregivers at a new Midland Private Hospital across Critical Care, Day Surgery, and Cardiac Cath Lab; responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating learning and development programs including Graduate Programs; collaborate with Learning and Development Coordinator, managers and stakeholders; mentor and coach caregivers; use Learning Management System to create events and track completions; support onboarding, Pathways to Practice Graduate Programs, and student placements; promote best-practice principles and lifelong learning; flexible part-time positions across units with salary package benefits.
Required Qualifications
- current registration as a Health Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- experience with Learning Management Systems
- experience applying adult learning principles
- ability to mentor, coach and support caregivers
- strong time management and organizational skills
- proficiency with MS Office
