Job Summary
Deliver in-services and hands-on clinical application training across hospital departments for Mindray's patient monitoring portfolio. Support system installations by identifying customer workflows and provide on-site clinical assistance during go-live events. Conduct follow-up visits and ongoing phone support to reinforce education and promote sustained product adoption. Serve as a clinical liaison between customers and internal teams including Technical Support, Service, and Systems Solutions. Provide on-call clinical support through the technical support line following established escalation procedures. Manage time and territory independently to meet customer education needs effectively while traveling approximately 85% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license from an accredited institution
- 2–3 years of active nursing experience using cardiac monitoring in acute care settings
- Strong knowledge of advanced cardiac arrhythmias, hemodynamics, Swan-Ganz, and cardiac output monitoring
- Field-based role requiring approximately 85% travel by car or air
- Must reside within 40 miles of a major airport
- Ability to stand and deliver training sessions for 2–5 hours at a time, multiple times per day
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during implementations and on-site support
- Ability to lift and carry equipment or training materials up to 25 pounds and push carts through clinical environments
Desired Qualifications
- BSN preferred; alternate nursing degree accepted with 5+ years of nursing experience
- Alternate nursing degree accepted with 5+ years of nursing experience
- Experience educating other nurses through staff development, preceptorship, or formal training programs
