Job Summary
Develop and implement training programs for healthcare professionals while providing guidance for ongoing professional development. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and support clinical staff within a healthcare setting. Obtain American Heart Association instructor status within six months of hire and maintain certification every two years. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Missouri RN licensure, and BLS certification. Full-time role with Monday-Friday hours from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing
- Registered nurse in the state of Missouri
- BLS Certification
- American Heart Association instructor status
- Three (3) years of nursing experience
