Job Summary
Clinical Educator role delivering high-quality clinical education, product training, and implementation support for Mindray patient monitoring solutions across acute care environments. Field-based, with significant travel, responsible for on-site training, go-live support, and follow-up education; collaborates with sales, service, technical support, and project teams to ensure successful adoption and ongoing education of clinicians. Requires RN with active license; BSN preferred; strong cardiac monitoring knowledge and experience educating nursing staff; ability to manage schedules, travel, and adapt training to diverse clinical settings.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with active license
- BSN preferred; alternate nursing degree accepted with 5+ years of nursing experience
- 2–3 years of active nursing experience using cardiac monitoring in acute care settings
- Strong knowledge of advanced cardiac arrhythmias, hemodynamics, Swan-Ganz, and cardiac output monitoring
- Experience educating other nurses through staff development, preceptorship, or formal training programs preferred
- Ability to balance multiple accounts and priorities, travel up to ~85%
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
