Job Summary
Deliver in-person and virtual disease state and device education to healthcare professionals and office staff within primary care and specialty practices. Present "Train The Trainer" programs live and virtually, travel to high-demand areas including Spanish-speaking regions, and manage assigned territories. Conduct supplemental engagement calls for enrolled patients, uncover referral pathways across the multidisciplinary team, and document all patient and office activity accurately. Attend local and national meetings to exchange knowledge, complete required training and competency assessments, and fulfill administrative duties such as activity reports and expense tracking. Adhere strictly to internal and external compliance codes while supporting clients in improving treatment outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse or Respiratory Therapist License
- Willingness to travel up to 80% via car/airplane with overnight stays
- Complete all required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner
- Attend local and national meetings and/or conferences, as required
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred minimum of 3+ years' experience working in a respiratory disease state or related field
- Previous experience in Pharma biotech as clinical educator or in sales
- Ability to present to various groups of people including physicians and other members of the office staff
- Evidence of continual professional development and a desire to update professional knowledge base regularly
