Job Summary
Evaluate, educate, and train patients, caregivers, and facility staff on infusion therapies within home or alternate-site settings. Conduct patient assessments to support placement into home infusion care and coordinate transitions from hospital to home in collaboration with providers and internal teams. Partner with Clinical Sales Executives to ensure patients are clinically prepared for discharge by gathering pre-admission and insurance information. Deliver in-services and continuing education programs for field sales and clinical team members while maintaining accurate documentation of all clinical interactions. Act as a clinical liaison between pharmacy, sales, and operations to align educational support with regional operational needs. Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Active RN license in state of practice
- Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Must meet company driving standards
Desired Qualifications
- BSN
- Infusion therapy or specialty pharmacy experience
- Experience in adult education, clinical training, or healthcare education
- Previous experience supporting sales or business development initiatives
- Strong clinical expertise in infusion therapy and patient education
- Ability to translate complex clinical concepts into clear, actionable education for patients and non-clinical audiences
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and teaching skills
- Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication abilities
- Organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM or clinical documentation platforms
