Job Summary
Interim Clinical Educator at a 70+ bed hospital in Flagstaff, AZ responsible for onboarding and orientation, competency management, department-specific educational training, AHA life safety compliance, implementation of evidence-based practice and research, and other educational support duties. Requires BSN, 3 years acute care nursing (ICU/PCU/ER/PACU), at least 1 year in clinical education/staff development in the past 2 years, RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS instructor certifications, EMR and MS Office proficiency. Housing, airfare, and rental car expenses are covered during assignment. Earn referral compensation for successful placements.
Required Qualifications
- BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- 3 years of acute care nursing practice (ICU, PCU, ER, or PACU/post-op)
- Minimum 1 year experience in clinical education and staff professional development within the past 2 years
- RN License any state
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS instructor certification from American Heart Association
- EMR experience and Microsoft Office proficiency
