Job Summary
Clinical Educator role focused on delivering standardized, competency-based dialysis training programs across facilities. Responsibilities include new employee orientation, preceptor training, facility in-services, and clinical, quality, and customer service training to promote high-quality patient care and support enterprise-wide goals. Requires RN licensure, dialysis experience, and ability to collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to ensure patient safety and outcomes. Utilize diverse educational methods, support KPI tracking and continuous quality improvement, and travel between assigned facilities to implement training and education initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN state licensure in primary state of residence
- Minimum 1-year dialysis experience as RN CDN or CNN (preferred)
- CPR/BLS Certification
Desired Qualifications
- RN licensure in primary state of residence
- 1+ year dialysis experience (RN CDN or CNN preferred)
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- CPR/BLS certification
- Advanced degree (BSN/MSN) preferred
